Ingredients

    melt butter (olive oil can be used)
    saute' minced garlic and shallots till tender
    add chicken broth and wine simmer 5 minutes
    Add shrimp, cook till pink
    add capers and lemon, simmer 5 minites to marry flavors
    Can be thickened with corn starch

    Cook pasta as directed

    Add pepper flakes and grated cheese
