Little confused on the serving size & calorie count. Nutritional info says that this makes 4 servings. If you start with 2 cups of brown rice that would mean at least 1/2 cup per serving. No? When you add 1/4 cup of pecans & 1/4 cup cranberry then wouldn't a serving size be even bigger than 1/2 cup? - 4/25/13

Wonderful! I've been looking for a recipe that will make brown rice more interesting; I found it, thank you! My dad said yuck but oh well, my mom and I thought it was wonderful! So glad I have a lot leftover; more for us! - 1/7/14

This is a dish my grandmother often makes. It is easy and delicious, especially if you make the rice ahead. The calories and serving size are definitely off, as other people mentioned. The nutritional analysis is listing one full cup of rice per serving before adding other ingredients. - 9/16/13
