Introduction

I found this recipe online. Instead of Mrs. Dash and all the other seasoning, it called for a packet of italian dressing mix. I had none, so I improvised. I put it in the crockpot, went to the gym for a couple hours and when I came home the house spelled amazing. Haven't tried it yet, but can't wait. I'll serve it with streamed green beans and mashed potatoes for the kids/roasted red potatoes for me and my husband. MMMM..... I found this recipe online. Ingredients

    2.5 lb London Broil
    1 Brown gravy mix packet
    1 Ranch dip mix packet
    1 Italian dressing mix packet OR the seasoning listed below:
    1 T garlic powder
    1 T onion powder
    1 T paprika
    2 T Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
    1 t black pepper
    1.5 C water

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients with water. Place London Broil in crockpot. Pour mixture over meat. Cook in crockpot on low for 8-10 hours.

Serving Size: makes 10 servings of 0.25 lbs of meat and about 3 oz. of gravy
