Introduction

This is basically something you can put on whatever you want. Chips. Tortillas. Pitas. This is basically something you can put on whatever you want. Chips. Tortillas. Pitas.

Ingredients

    1 can of Hormel Turkey Chili with no beans
    1 can Sloppy Joe mix, thick and chunky
    3 Poblano Peppers (diced)
    2 Tomatoes (diced)
    0.5 Onion (diced)
    3 Red Potatoes (diced)


Tips

I just made this up walking through the store one day. Hope it appeals to some.


Directions

Pre-Heat oven 375F. Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish. Cook for 25 minutes and serve hot.

Top with cheese if you want. Serve with something to eat it with or just with a fork.

Serving Size: Makes as much as you want but say 6 servings
