Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 LB Medium Frozen Shrimp
    2 TBSP I Can't believe its not butte light
    1/2 TBSP extra light olive oil
    1 TBSP Mrs. Dash Original
    1 TSP crushed red Pepper Flakes
    1 TSP Dried Onion Flakes
    1 TSP Dried Diced Garlic
    1/4 TSP Black pepper
    2 TBSP French's Spicy Brown Mustard
    1 TBSP French's Dijon Mustard
    1 TBSP Fat Free Milk

Directions

The Shrimp-
First thaw the shrimp and remove the tail. then in a Large Bowel with a lid mix 1/2 TBSP extra light olive oil, 1 TBSP Mrs. Dash Original and 1TSP crushed red pepper flakes. Then add the shrimp close the lid and shake until shrimp are well coated. let sit.

Sauce-
In a small sauce pan melt 2 TBSP I Can't Believe its not butter light. Then add 1 TSP each of dried onion and garlic, 1/4 TSP black pepper, 2 TBSP French's spicy Brown mustard, 1TBSP French's dijon mustard and 1TBSP Fat Free Milk. Mix until Creamy Smooth. set aside.

In a large frying pan cook your shrimp until pink. then add your Sauce and brill to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7min.

Sever over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
