Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/2 c onion
    1/2 c black beans
    1/4 c mozzerella cheese
    Dash of cumin
    2 Tbsp salsa

Directions

Cook onion, add black beans and cook 1 min. Add eggs and scramble and add a dash of cumin and ground pepper. Melt in cheese before taking out of pan
