Ingredients

    rappie pie potato
    broth

Directions

makes about 16 pieces (3x3 inches)

buy rappie pie potato pkg from frozen food section
thaw at room temp
boil chicken pieces (about 5 lbs)in large stock pot; reserve broth
remove meat from bones and discard skin & bones
bring broth to a boil
crumble potato in VERY large mixing bowl
add 1 c. of cold water to potato and mix through
add boiling broth to potato 4 cups at a time and stir all through
once 24 cups have been added, add meat
should fill one rectangle pan and 2 square pans (sprayed with cooking spray)
