Ingredients

    2 zuchinni sliced
    2 tomato sliced thin
    1 cup of ricotta
    italian seasoning

Directions

Mix ricotta and spices together. Place a layer of zucchini slices in a baking dish. Add a layer of tomato slices. Add the ricotta and spread until veggies are covered. Top with another layer of zucchini and tomato. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
