Ingredients

    1 lb lean grund beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 clloves garlic chopped
    19 oz organic no salt added diced tomatoes, undrained
    16 oz organic medium salsa
    30 oz red kidney beans
    2 T chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp sugar

Directions

In 4 qt dutch oven cook onions and beef overmed high heat until meat is thoroughly cooked; drain. Return to stove, add garlic cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients, reduce heat to low and sinmer 30 minutes stirring occassionally til thickened.
