Introduction

Ingredients

    4 lbs frozen chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
    4 medium pealed and diced granny smith apples
    1c. Chopped onion
    4 TBSP Curry powder
    1c. Skim milk
    1c. 99% FF chicken broth
    1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
    1 TBSP Ground Ginger

Tips

If you would like, you can brown the chicken prior to adding it to the crockpot.


Directions

Fill crockpot with ingredients and mix to distrubute.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8-9. Serve with rice.
