Ingredients

    1/3 cup Lucky Leaf Strawberry Applesauce
    1/2 cup Sugar in the Raw
    1 egg
    2 large bananas mashed
    1 cup whole grain flour
    1/2 cup 100% natural whole grain oatmeal
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 cups walnuts
    1/2 tsp salt

Tips

For smoother bread, blend the bananas in a food processor.


Directions

Combine applesauce, sugar, egg
Preheat oven to 350

Mix in baking powder and salt
Add flour and oats
Mix in walnuts

Pour into a loaf pan that has been coated with non-stick spray

Bake for approximately 45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 1 inch slices
