Introduction

Low sodium, Sugar free, Low fat corn bread. Low sodium, Sugar free, Low fat corn bread.

Ingredients

    3/4 cup corn meal
    1 1/4 cup flour
    2 tbls stevia= 6 packets or 1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt (optional) did not use
    1 cup milk
    1/3 cup egg substitute (1 egg)
    1/4 cup canola oil

Tips

I served with fish & roasted red & yellow potatoes.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Grease 8 or 9 inch round pan. Blend all dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients until all are moist. Pour into greased pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes until cake tester or toothpickinserted into center comes out clean.
