Ingredients

    6 cups water
    1 32 oz jar stewed tomatoes
    2 cans black beans
    1 can chili bean
    1 small bag of frozen sweet corn
    1 lb turkey
    1 med onion
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 avacado

Tips

serve over corn chips top with low fat cheese
1 tsp sour cream


Directions

In large cooking pot
add 6 cups water and stewed tomatoes
all the beans and corn
saute' onion and ground turkey with taco seasoning
add to pot
heat thoroughly. Simmer 30 min. last few min
add avacodo
