Ingredients

    1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
    1 block cream cheese (fat free won't work)
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup chopped onion

Directions

Combine all except cream cheese in crockpot, cook on low 6-8 hours. An hour before done add cream cheese (break into small pieces to allow melting). Stir couple of times after adding cream cheese, cook another hour.

Serving Size: makes 8-10 servings depending on size
