Ingredients

    1 lb. 90/10 ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. McCormick Mesquite seasoning
4 Laughing Cow Queso Fresco & Chipotle Wedges, cut into pieces
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 tsp. mustard
1/3 C reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. real bacon bits
    6 light original Flatouts
    1 1/2 C shredded lettuce

Directions

1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onions, and season with mesquite seasoning. Drain the fat, place the beef in a mixing bowl, and wipe the skillet clean. Put aside the skillet for later use.
2. In the mixing bowl, add laughing cow wedges, ketchup, mustard, shredded cheddar, and bacon bits to the beef.
3. Place 1/6th of the mixture onto each flatout, and spread the mixture lengthwise, leaving 1" open on each end. Add shredded lettuce to each wrap. Fold up the 1" ends, and then fold the other ends to cover.
4. Lightly mist the skillet with cooking spray, and heat on medium-low. Place the wraps, fold side down, to heat until golden (3-4 minutes). Flip and cook 3-4 more minutes.
5. Cut in half, and serve.
