Ingredients

    Cooking spray
    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    10 medium mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can Campbell's 98% fat free condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
    1/2 cup skim milk
    6 oz. (dry) Barilla whole grain pasta
    parsley flakes

Directions

Boil and drain pasta. Set aside.

In large frying pan, brown turkey. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms; continue cooking until onions are clear and mushrooms have softened. Add soup and milk; bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in pasta and sprinkle with parsley.

Makes 4 servings.
