Ingredients

    12 med mushrooms
    4 slices 100% whole wheat bread , toasted and crumbled
    6 tbsp I cant believe it's not butter , melted
    1/2 med onion chopped
    italian seasoning garlic salt and pepper to taste
    parmesan cheese , optional

Tips

you can sprinkle parmesan cheese over tops before cooking for added flavor .


Directions

take stems out of mushrooms chop , chop onion and saute in frying pan sprayed with pam until soft, then add bread crumbs and 4 tbs ICBINButter sautee until moist. pour last 2 tbsp of butter in 9x 13 pan place mushrooms in pan , spoon bread mixture into mushrooms. Cook for 35 - 45 minutes until mushrooms are cooked .
