Ingredients

    Canned black beans - 2 15oz cans
    Frozen or canned corn - 1 bag or 2 15oz cans
    Canned diced tomatoes - 2 15oz cans
    Chicken Broth - 32oz
    Chicken Breast - Around 1 pound (I used 3/4lb and it was plenty)
    Cilantro - 1 bunch
    Salsa - around 8oz; to taste
    Cumin - to taste

Tips

The number of servings isn't exact.


Directions

Drain and rinse black beans. Drain tomatoes. If using canned corn, drain. Season chicken. Chop cilantro. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 6 hours, or unil chicken is cooked through.
