    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 2 ounces
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Cucumber (peeled), 0.5 medium
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
    Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup, shredded

Directions

Combine Chicken, egg whites, lettuce tomatoes, cucumbers and add shredded cheese.
