Ingredients

1/2 c Self Raising Flour
1/4 c Wholemeal Flour
1/2 c Low Fat Milk
1 egg
1 tbs finely chopped chives (or spring onions)
1 small Zucchini, grated
2 slices ham (97% fat free)
1 tbs oil
Directions
Combine Flours.
Mix egg, milk and spring onions (or chives) then add to Flour.
Stir in zucchini and ham.
Add oil to a heated frying pan then drop 1 heaped tablespoon portions into pan.
Turn when bubbles rise to the surface and cook till both sides browned.
Serve with Greek-style natural yogurt
