Ingredients

    5 slices of bacon (chopped)
    6 tblsp cider vinegar
    1 tblsp water
    1 tsp sugar
    3 stalks green onion (chopped fine)
    4-5 cups Leaf Lettus (torn)
    Salt and Pepper



Tips

I prefer it without the sugar.


Directions

Tear lettus and add chopped green onion. Cook chopped bacon until crispy leave in pan and let cool to warm, add sugar, vinegar and water. Reheat until hot. Pour over lettus. Salt and pepper to test.
