Ingredients

    3 Large Tomatoes
    2 Medium Zucchini
    1 Medium Onion
    1/2 Cup Parsley
    1 Large Broccoli Bunch
    2 Tbs Complete Seasoning (Badia)
    3 Tbs EVOO

    Large Roasting Pan

Tips

Can be a side dish or a meal.


Directions

Cut up all veggies to about 1" pieces, place in bowl and sprinkle seasoning and EVOO over top, toss. Spread out on roasting pan. Roast at 350 for 15 mins, check, stir, cook for another 15 mins or until done to desired firmness.
