Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Green Bell Pepper (Whole), 4 serving
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    *Rice, white, short-grain, cooked, unenriched, .33 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Milk, 1%, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)
    Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)

Tips

Cook a little extra rice beforehand to serve with peppers on the side.


Directions

Blanch peppers in boiling water for 3 minutes.

Combine all other ingredients (except for soup and water). Stuff loosely in peppers. Poke small hole in bottom of peppers to allow juice to drain.

Mix soup and water and pour over stuffed peppers in pressure cooker. Cook for 12 minutes after top starts "jiggling". Wait 5 minutes after cooking before removing top.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1 Pepper Servings.
