    weis ground turkey, 8 oz
    furmano's crushed tomatoes bgo, 2 cup
    Zucchini, baby, 1.5 medium
    fat free ricotta giant, 0.75 cup
    *Kraft Fat Free Natural Mozzarella Cheese, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large


In a medium sauce pan, brown meat and season with salt. When cooked drain to remove any fat. Add olive oil and garlic. Add sauce, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer on low for at least 30 to 40 minutes, covered.

Slice zucchini into thick slices, add lightly salt and set aside for 10 minutes. Blot off moisture with paper towel.

Grill zucchini on both sides, until cooked, about 1 - 2 minutes per side Place on paper towels any excess moisture.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl mix ricotta cheese, cheese and egg. Stir well.

In a small casserole spread some sauce on the bottom and layer the zucchini to cover. Then place some of the ricotta cheese mixture, then top with the mozzarella cheese and repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up. Top with sauce and mozzarella and cover with foil.

Bake 45 minutes covered at 375 degrees, then uncover 15 minutes. Let stand about 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
