Introduction
This is a high anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant juice and a great drink for body detox. I drink a glass in the morning and a glass in the night everyday. Ingredients

4 large Kale leaves
2 medium Cucumbers
2 large celery stalks
Half of a large lemon
2 inches of ginger root
2 Granny smith apple
Tips
4 cups of spinach can be used in place of kale.
Other apples with high water content (gala apples) can be used if you do not have the granny smith apples.
Directions
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Peel off the lemon and remove seeds. Use an extractor juicer to juice all vegetables and fruits. Drink within 15 minutes or store in refrigerator in a tight glass jar.
If you do not have an extractor juicer, blend all ingredients with 2 cups of water; but peel the ginger and squeeze out lemon.
