    2 large chicken breasts
    1 can coconut milk
    1 tbsp "curry spices"
    (I used garam masala, tumeric, & cardamom)


in a small slow cooker, mix the coconut milk & spices together. Add the chicken & stir around a bit.
Cook on low for approx 5 hours.
