Ingredients

3- pounds ground beef
1- pound Chorizo
2- Med Onions-chopped
5- packs McCormicks Chili seasoning
2- 32 oz cans diced tomatoes
1- 64 ounce can red Kidney beans drained
1- 64 ounce can Tomato sauce
Add in if you want - green peppers and any hot sauces...
Directions
Place ground beef, chorizo, onion and two regular beers in large pot and boil till beef and chorizo is cooked, make sure you are stirring and mashing the meet into bite sized pieces.
Drain extra beer and fat off and put in stock pot (LARGE) add in one huge can of kidney beans and one huge can of tomatoe sauce, five packs of mc Cormicks chili seasoning, two large cans diced tomatos, now would be the time to add what ever heat you are going to add. I prefer a hot sauce made for chilies but they are hard to find.
Simmer on med heat for about 20 minutes.
Serving Size: makes about 30 cups in one huge pot
