Ingredients

    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
    4 eggs
    1c. dark brown sugar( i use demarara)
    3/4 c. oil ( i use corn)
    3/4 c. plain yogurt, (sour milk or buttermilk)
    1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. bran (not the breakfast cereal)
    1 Tablesp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup pure dark chocolate chips

Tips

Bake in muffins tins at 375 degrees for 15- 20 minutes.
You can leave out the chips, but they make them awfully good.


Directions

Mix the wet ingredients together.
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Mix wet into dry just to moisten, and stir in the chips
Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full using all the mix over 24 tins
