    120-170 grams chicken in strips
    a little chicken stock
    1-3 tspn curry powder
    75 grams red onion cut into slices
    75 grams carrot chopped into long strips
    100g mixed coloured peppers (red, yellow and green)
    50 grams parsnip in cubes
    1 cup of skim milk 1%
    dash of salt and peppr
    2-3 tspns corn starch
    75 gram cooked white, brown or wild rice


Fry the curry powder in the chicken stock and add the chicken strips and let them fry for about 5 minutes. Add all the vegetables and milk. Let the mixture small cook for about 8-10 minutes and taste with a dash of salt and pepper (optional)
Thicken the dish with the corn starch until the desired consistance is reached.
Decorate your plate with the rice and gently pour the chicken curry over it.
Tips: Decorate with a little chopped basil.
