Ingredients

10 dates
1 Cup of raw, unsalted almonds
1/4 Cup of raisins or other dried fruit of your choice
freezer bags or Saran wrap
Tips
Be creative! Use dried fruits of your choice, and spices to make the tastiest bars!
Directions
Use a food processor to finely grind all three ingredients, about 1 - 2 minutes total
Transfer the mixture to a freezer bag and fold the bag in half. Squeeze together and roll out the mixture to form a rectangle, ensuring the mixture sticks together. You may also use Saran Wrap to squeeze and shape the mixture into a solid, flat rectangle.
Freeze the bars for about 1 hour to harden.
Cut rectangle into six bars and store in fridge or wrap in Saran to take on the go!
