Ingredients

    2-1/2 cups Kale (glory brand)
    1/2 cup canned spinach (some juice)
    1/2 cucumber, peeled chopped
    3 carrots chopped
    1/2 apple cored, chunked
    1 small banana
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges, or fresh oranges
    1/2 cup pinneapple chunks, use some juice
    1/2 cup orange juice
    5 or 6 grape tomatoes
    1/2 cup fresh brocolli chopped
    water if necessary

    sometimes, red and yellow peppers

Tips

I don't have a juicer, but a blender works fine, just blend longer. this keeps couple days in the fridge.
use whatever veggies you want, or whatever you have.
I always use Kale, since I don't like kale and wont eat it otherwise. add more juice or water if too thick. add more pineapple or banana if not sweet enough. I try to keep it not so sweet.


Directions

wash and chop carrots, add to blender with a little juice. liquify
add spinach,apple, cucumber, banana, oranges, pineapple, tomaoes, brocolli. liquify
add Kale, liquify or blend for a long time.
