I love black beans, and I threw this together in a minute in my food chopper. It's just one can of black beans with a few spices added in, then ground up. I put it on Triscuit crackers and it's wonderful!
This can also be used to make "black bean pizza" when put on whole wheat bagels or bread or rolls, topped with cheddar cheese and baked until cheese melts.
An easy to make and kid pleaser. Fast snack and desert.

Submitted by JUNIPERBERRYA lovely refreshing and cooling dip. It's also delicious as a thick creamy dressing with chicken salad – except, with a fraction of the calories.
Submitted by LUCYLAKEThe best hummus I've made yet! I had to look at the recipe a few times to make sure that I wasn't leaving olive oil out - rest assured, the it doesn't call for any oil and tastes amazing!

This recipe taste delicious wether you want to eat it raw or dehydrate it. If you dehydrate it, the cauliflower shrinks down and looks more like popcorn which is good for trying to trick kids into eating their vegetables.
You are going to want to double, triple, etc the batches because this will disappear real fast.
You will love this detox drink. Get 3 fruits, 3 veg in one serving and the detox value of cilantro and parsley.

Awesomeness found on the back of can - Hands down BEST spinach dip I've had. I actually add a bit more of the spinach than the recipe calls for since it IS spinach dip!
Perfect served with tortilla chips (not included in stats), in fact... Toss in some black beans and/or chicken serve with tortillas or rice instead of chips and call it dinner!
Made with honey mustard instead of regular yellow mustard. Low Carb.
