Ingredients

    2 regular cans of tuna in water, drained
    1 to 2 T sriracha
    1 T sesame oil
    2 to 3 T olive olive oil mayo
    1/2 T soy sauce
    1/2 T black sesame seeds
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/2 T honey
    1/4 cup crasins
    2 T fresh or dried minced shallot
    1/4 cup grated carrot
    1 tsp fresh grated ginger root
    2 T cilantro chopped

Directions

Put everything but the tuna in a med mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add Tuna and mix to combine. Serve on a sandwich, cracker or just eat it alone.
