Introduction

Place cod (or scrod) fillets in glass dish. Crush 25 Ritz Crackers in place in a bowl. Add melted butter and cheese and mix well. Place cracker mix on top of fillets and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. To assure even cooking, "tuck" the thinner end of the fillet under to create an even thickness of fish. Tips

Scrod is a flaky white mild flavored fish. Fish generally needs 10 minutes per inch of thickness to cook. Simple recipe with great taste!
