Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups old fashioned oatmeal
    3 tsp cornstarch
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 large eggs
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 tsp vanilly
    1 cup chocolate chips.

Tips

The batter is a bit runny but it works out I promise


Directions

put 2 cups of the oatmeal in the food processor and process until flour like. Add other dry ingrediants (except chips) and process a bit. Add all liquid ingreadiants and process until mixed. Mix chocolate chips in by hand. Scoop a heaping tablespoon for each cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 cookie (heaping tablespoon of batter)
