Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    6 Tbsp sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 very ripe bananas, mashed or blended briefly
    1/4 cup milk (soy)
    2 Tbsp applesauce
    2 Tbsp honey
    3 eggs

Directions

blend dry ingredients. Add remaining ingrediets, beat until well blended. Put in oiled loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350. Makes 10 slices
