Introduction

Ingredients

2 cups Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
3 Carrots, sliced
5 Potatoes, medium cubed
1 Cup Green Beans
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Onions, chopped
1 Celery stalk chopped
4 cups Chicken Broth or Bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon Rosemary
1 teaspoon Thyme
Salt and Pepper
Directions
In a frying pan saute onion and celery in oil. Put them in a large stock pot.
Add chicken broth, carrots, potatoes, green beans, and seasoning. Add water if needed to cover vegetables.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer 20 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are cooked.
Enjoy.
