    1.3 cups steel cut oats
    3.5 cups water
    1 cup pureed pumpkin
    1 cup fresh cranberries
    1 T Trader Joes Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1 cup egg whites
    1 T vanilla extract
    Stevia in the Raw or Sweetener of your choice


Add water, steel cut oats, fresh cranberries and pumpkin to pot and simmer over low/med heat about 30 minutes or until water is all evaporated. Add eggs and whip until eggs are combined and cooked. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve with Stevia or other sweetener of your choice.
