Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    3 carrots-minced
    3 stalks celery-minced
    1/2 minced onion
    1 small green pepper-minced
    1 small red pepper minced
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup Fiber One original cereal-mix in food processor
    1/3 cup Pancko crumbs
    3 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp dried parsley
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    Pepper

    Glaze
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    hot sauce

Directions

Saute minced vegetables in non stick pan sprayed with cooking spray. Pour milk over cereal in small bowl. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spray a glass casserole dish with cooking spray. Form mixture into a loaf. Top with glaze. Bake in 375 oven for one hour.
