Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cups palm sugar
    1 cup butter
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    .5 teaspoon salt
    2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flour Mix
    2 cups gluten free rice crispies
    1 cup unsweetened coconut
    1.5 cups gluten free oatmeal
    1 bag dark chocolate chips

Directions

cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Add soda, salt, flour and mix. Add coconut, oatmeal, chocolate chips, rice crispies and mix. Bake at 375 for 9 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 4 dozen cookies
