Ingredients

    Baby Spinach (Organic)
    Banana (Organic) - chopped in to pieces
    Green Tea (Antioxidant Max by Celestial)
    Lemon (Organic) - 1/8 with peel
    Hemp Hearts (raw shelled hemp seeds)

Tips

If you can use organic spinach, lemon and bananas. If not don't it's fine as well. Also if you are in a rush to put your smoothie together, prep your items the night before. Also freezing the items (except for the tea) in ziplock bags can provide for quick prep as well.


Directions

Add tea to blender. Add Spinach and turn blender on. While it is blending remove lid and add hemp seeds. Be sure that the spinach is blending well. Add bananas and then the lemon be sure to blend that up well. Store in glass jars and place in fridge. Must be consumed in 3 days so not to lose nutrients.
