Ingredients

    1 large onion
    3 medium tomatoes
    3 cups sliced mushrooms
    2 medium zucchini
    1 Squash
    8 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 Tbsp basil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Wash and rinse all veggies. Chop all the veggies in big pieces, mix it all with olive oil and salt/pepper. Place it in oven for around 30 minutes.
