Introduction

Ingredients

    2 2/3 cup Morningstar Veggie "Burger" Crumbles
    1/2 cup onion chopped
    1 cup fresh Mushrooms, pieces or slices
    2 cans Kidney beans dark red
    2 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, blanched and pureed
    1/4 cup Flour
    1 tbsp Cumin seed
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Garlic
    2-4 cups water

Tips

Rinse Kidney Beans to reduce sodium intake. Mix ingredients with flour before adding water to avoid flour from clumping.


Directions

Place all ingredients into slow cooker and heat on high for 2-3 hours. Then, turn on low for 2-3 hours. Then, serve.
