Number of Servings: 9


    1-21 oz Can Apple Pie fillings, canned, apple
    1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 teaspoon Baking Powder
    2 tbsp Cinnamon
    1/2 cup Soy or Almond Milk, Vanilla
    4 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread


Variation: Replace canned apple pie filling with 6 slice peaches or 2 cups of berries. Top with brown sugar if desired.


Melt butter and grease bottom of a 8x8 baking dish. Place can of apple pie filling in pan. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and milk. Pour mixture on top of pie filling. Bake for 35 minutes.
