Ingredients

    2 cups fresh spinach
    1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1tablespoon fat-free feta cheese
    2 tablespoons fat-free honey dijon dressing

Directions

Wash spinach and tear into bite-sized pieces. Top with chopped red bell pepper and fat-free feta cheese. Serve with fat-free honey dijon salad dressing on the side.
