Mid-morning Smoothie, great way to in fruits and veggies! Mid-morning Smoothie, great way to in fruits and veggies!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of yogurt
    1 cup of frozen strawberries
    2 cups spinach
    1 cup fresh blueberries
    1 cup cold water
    A few ice cubes

Tips

You do not have to add the ice, I just like mine very cold and like the added texture that it gives the smoothie. Also, I do not add any sweetener to my smoothie, but you could agave syrup or Splenda if you desire your smoothie sweeter.

Directions

First mix yogurt, water and spinach in blender to ensure the spinach gets broken down efficiently. When it is at desired consistency, add strawberries and blueberries. Blend until fruit is fully incorporated. Then add ice and blend until desired consistency.
