Ingredients

    1 Can Red Kidney Beans 540ml
    1 Can White Kidney Beans 540ml
    1 Can Organic Tomato Sauce 398ml
    1/2 Can Water
    1 Can Corn 341ml
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes 796ml
    1 White Onion, Diced
    3 Cloves Garlic, Diced
    1 T. Olive Oil
    3 T. Chili Powder
    1 T. Parsley
    2 T. Rosted Garlic & Red Bell Pepper Spice Blend
    1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
    1.5 C. White Button Mushrooms, Sliced

Directions

Prepare Vegetables. Open Cans. Add to slow cooker. Chop onion and garlic and sautee with olive oil in a pan until tender. Add all ingredients to slow cooker, put on high for 4 hrs. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese.
