Introduction

Delicious with grilled veggies (peppers, onions mushrooms and tomatoes) and baked potatoes.

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1.5 lb = approx 2 tenderloins
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Oregano, 1 Tbsp
    Mint, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp

    Fresh ground pepper to taste

Tips

This is not a juicy marinade, but it will season this much meat nicely.

Also very good on chicken or "fake chicken" breasts.


Directions

Cut tenderloins into chunks ("medallions") and mix with seasonings. Cover and refridgerate while preparing other food such as grilled vegetables.

Cook on med heat on barbecue. Turn and rearrange as needed. Meat feels firm when done.
