Ingredients

    3 cups water
    2 cups kale, packed
    2 med. bananas
    15 oz strawberries
    14 oz apple, quartered then halved again
    7.5 oz blackberries, frozen

Tips

Switch out the greens and try spinach, chard romaine or whatever. I use organic produce as much as I can.


Directions

Place ingredients in a high powered blender like vitamix or blendtec and process until well blended

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
