    Crust:
    Walnuts, .33 cup, ground (remove)
    Molasses, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)

    Base:
    Granulated Sugar, .375 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1.5 oz (remove)
    Siggi’s Icelandic style Plain Yogurt, 16 oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)

    Topping:
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp (remove)
    Siggi’s Icelandic style Plain Yogurt, 4 oz (remove)

Tips

for a less dense base, strain the siggi's less or add an egg.


Directions

Strain siggi's overnight or until reduced to 8 oz.

mix crust and pat firmly into small, well-greased pan

mix base and spread on top of crust. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool.

mix topping and pour on top of cooled base. bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes
